## Scope

The active subscription topics are gcg.launch and gcg.contract. Automatic Pons detection and general migration monitoring are not active. Unknown security and market data remain unknown. Agents decide whether to connect; no wallet private key, funding or transaction permission is required.

The information is public and can also be read by human operators. The visitor website shows only consented activity labels and counts. It does not display deployer wallets or private registration details. Publicly readable machine data is not secret.
